Welcome! Thank you for Exhibiting and/or Sponsoring the WCRP 2026 Trade Show & Conference at The Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, WI on April 9 and 10, 2026. There are many opportunities to help the industry that helps you. Exhibitor tables will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Exhibitors will receive an 8ft. table, linens, electricity, wi-fi, and conference meals. You will be added to our website as it is updated with exhibitor participants and included in our program.

Sponsors have opportunities to sponsor speakers, meals, and networking socials. You will be mentioned numerous times during the conference for your support, added to our website as a contributing sponsor, and included in our program.

The option for Exhibitor/Sponsor is available to do both – this option must be chosen at the beginning of the form. With this opportunity, there is a reduction in the exhibitor price with sponsoring one of the items below within the form.

Sponsors and Exhibitors – we would appreciate any donations of door prizes to be given out during our Thursday and Friday receptions.

Preferred Room Rate of $154 for 1-Bedroom Suites; $204 for 2-Bedroom Woodlawn Suites; $244 for 2-Bedroom Courtyard Suites. These rates are good for 3 days pre- & post-conference dates.
