Welcome!  Thank you for Exhibiting and/or Sponsoring the WCRP 2024 Conference & Trade Show.  There are many opportunities to help the industry that helps you.  Exhibitor tables will be on a first come, first serve basis.  There is a diagram for your convenience HERE. 

Exhibitors will receive an 8ft. table, linens, electricity, wi-fi, and conference meals. You will be added to our website as it is updated with exhibitor participants and included in our program.

Sponsors have opportunities to sponsor speakers, meals, and networking socials.  You will be mentioned numerous times during the conference for your support, added to our website as a contributing sponsor, and included in our program.

The option for Exhibitor/Sponsor is available to do both.  With this opportunity, there is a reduction in the exhibitor price with sponsoring one of the items below within the form.

Sponsors and Exhibitors – we would appreciate any donations of door prizes to be given out during our Thursday and Friday receptions.
